my old house roofing is damage. this is the old previous extension of kitchen.
area is around 30ft x 12ft. i got quote from contractor is:-
1. removal of all the roofing ; purlins, timber, spandex sheet, plaster board
2. install new complete with material, spandex roofing sheet, GI purlins, plaster board w/ painting

contractor quote around 3.5k for all this. is it reasonable market rate? how much is spandex sheet now in market for roofing.
