For me I5+GTX765m is better....

in term of gaming performance, I'll be looking for better GPU performance as the processor performance sometimes depends on the application (whether the game utilize all the cores and threads, but not all and apparently i think that i5 is just enough)

One more thing, have a lappy with adequate cooling too...bigger and higher the performance often seems to result into high heat although not always applicable, but to sum it all, get better cooling...easier to handle and hardware last longer
