I myself pick 970M (mine is 6GB VRAM edition) as I find it is the most valuable GPU which let you play Ultra Setting in Full HD for nearly all games.

I found some information which maybe useful for those not sure to pick GTX 960M, 965M, 970M or 980M.
I myself pick 970M (mine is 6GB VRAM edition) as I find it is the most valuable GPU which let you play Ultra Setting in Full HD for nearly all games. |
