Guys,
I'm new to graphic cards, just wanna ask is Palit GTX 660 Ti Jetstream same as Nvidia Geforce GTX 660?
Please somebody pm me the comparison between them if they're different.
*
No, its not the same. One is TI version which is faster than a normal GTX660 and Palit Jetstream is a factory overclocked so it will be slightly faster than a regular GTX660TI.

This is a wrong subforum, you should ask in Hardware Questions and Answer.

^ can't argue with that, GTX780M is basically an underclock desktop 680/770.

^ Unless AMD going to release a 8990M with a Tahiti/Tahiti LE core, that 780M will sit on top comfortably. It perform almost on par with my 7950 on base clock. laugh.gif Would love to see the heat performance on that full-fledged GK104. drool.gif

Will Nvidia ever release a GK110 core on mobile tho? icon_idea.gif

Iris Pro 5200 review is out. Sandwich itself in between GT650/640 and HD7660D on low resolution. From 3DMark11 scores, it sit on par with GT650 but real game performance is bottlenecked by poor memory bandwidth.

This is Intel's latest cream of the crop GPU, ayam not impress. ph34r.gif

Yeah, both the Titan and 780 TDP is around 250w. I don't think we will see them in mobile since it is a very large GPU. sad.gif

i am kinda disappointed with the HD8970M. the GTX780M still outperforms it a lot and the GTX770M is about on par with the HD8970M with lower price. i dont know what is AMD doing. shakehead.gif

GTX770M perform on par? hmm.gif

about on par.

restrict 3 cards, the GTX770M, HD8970M and GTX780M.
*
That's only one side of the story. The average score of HD8970M in Notebookcheck is heavily affected by the low performance of the A10 APU. If you check the scores closely, HD8970M outperform GTX770M by quite a margin when it use similar processor/system.

Obviously HD8970M can't keep with GTX780M because it is literally HD7870 vs GTX680.

well, the one im checking is definitely not GX70, its the one that comes with the Clevo models (aka One).
*
It shouldn't be a problem then, HD8970M will outperform GTX770M in most if not all games and come close to GTX780M once u overclocked it. I've read some reviews on laptop equipped with GTX780M, it got hot pretty quickly when gaming.. i blame that Boost 2.0 and TurboBoost. tongue.gif

Saw that Illegear RS-17 on your siggy.

With GTX770M = RM5,849
With HD8970M = RM6,099
With GTX780M = RM6,798

HD8970M perform in the middle of those 2 GPUs but only a tad more expensive compare to GTX770M. Not to mention it will poop on both cards when it come to GPGPU especially when more and more games is using DirectCompute/OpenCL to produce more realistic effect/lighting/physics (mostly is AMD games tongue.gif) and GCN is better than Kepler in that area.

In the past 5 years there's only 2 drivers that known to fry card and both is WHQL driver, you say? tongue.gif
Yes, beta driver will have some compatibility/bugs issue no doubt about that but sometimes the issues is not related to you at all.

Try overclock it? If temperature allow that is. tongue.gif
It also use less power than a 7670M.

How do we know if which graphic card is running? Like whether the Optimus or Enduro is functioning the way I want it to be.
*
There's no notification for Enduro, you need to manually distinguish the performance different yourself. laugh.gif
You can set which application use which gpu in Catalyst Control Center.
