make sure o did proper warming up first before working out...and stratch after each set

proper stratch each set = any stratch ?


can i take 1 day rest? from any workout n cardio...my entire body in sore

u gotto give at least 3 day rest per bodypart afterworking them out...

yeah most likely it's DOMS. it makes yer muscle feel stiff. that's hwy cant twist or turn or sometimes can't sit. it's normal

Delayed Onset Muscle Syndrome. if you get after you woke up from sleep after workout day. means you had a great workout
