base on my knowledge and experience, rm68 QoS is at 1500, RM98 at 3600, RM138 at 7200.

my bro-in-law doing network upgrade for celcom since last year if I not mistaken. Almost every week he out of town for that. Last week he told me, celcom will start to roll out HSDPA+ after raya. He even went twice to the nearest tower from my kampung last month.

VPN mostly use 2 port... that normal. even FTP use 2 port but you see only 1.
