u can ask user who try before, they will confirm with you E367 better than E182

looks like user who use E182 either not around or no one use,.

icon 505/505m both works well with tplink 3G router

icon 505 dashboard modem software only support NDIS,

for RAS u need to setup manual a RAS connection and use window to connect dial for u

E1762, Icon 505/505M, E353, E372, E367, E182,

when u plugin and u either select NDIS from dashboard, or exit dashboard and use window mobile broadband connection to connect

for Icon 505/505m is default NDIS connection with it's own dashboard

o mbc refer to ??

for E1762 u dont have to install the dashboard from your modem

u can directly install driver only

download from here : http://huaweifirmware.blogspot.com/2011/05/huawei-e1762.html

and make sure u remove the dashboard first ,

then install the driver E1762 u download

and after that plug in your E1762 and connect using window mobile broadband connection NDIS

just sharing my experience only,

am sure you know this NDIS too

yea i know, as i am using E353 21Mbps modem too

follow this

- start

- control panel

- network and internet

- network and sharing centre

- change adapter setting

- RAS connection (dial up connection u create)

- choose properties

- go to option

- untick dialing option ALL

- redial option- attempt = 99

- time between redial attempt = 1 second

- idle time before hang up = never

- tick the box of redial if the line is dropped

- networking

- TCP/IPv4

- Properties

- choose use the following dns address

- googles dns :

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

- or Open Dns:

208.67.222.222

208.67.220.220
