the process is understanding teamwork....
lot of the new guys in HMR are Rambo style player nowadays....
most of em went for the kills instead of objective...
this is not our way....

Dear Leaders...
please make sure that all newbies really know how HMR works...
let em play and watch how they play sumtime...
thats what leaders are for...
i dun want to name any..but please really have a gud look...

HMR are good against random players...
but when we're facing an organized clan...we sucks big time...
and that is not something to be proud of...

infront of me, my teamate, suddenly somebody come from side, knife him, right from my back,
this thing is, i should be knife..

UNIFI getting lag or, the game server lag...

so far i've been playing with the old BC2 kaki.. they know what to do..
for the new one that joins in:

1. encikis = he knows what to do
2. zach = he knows what to do
3. ameerjoe = he knows what to do
4. nano = he really can shoot/kill but need to tell him what to do (darjah 6 kot)
5. misfit = he knows what to do
6. hardboyz = he knows what to do

the rest i dunno.. nvr played with em..

agree we need to train the new recruit how to play HMR style .. how bout we play in unranked server old HMR vs new HMR recruit ?

Yep,

Based on situation,maps and enemy game play...
it not about who is getting top 4 playa in the game...
it is about winning....

For Organize clan...advice action> move in clan.....so that everyone can back up each other ( revive/ammo/spawn location )

if they manage to get all flags, check map, see how many member are going to each flag,
better to diversified team member into two, or a full squad to the flag that no one is going to capture..
so that we can manage to capture a least two rather than concerntrate at one flag..( attack / defense )
Remember Ticket Bleed.

Vehicle support- do use the vehicle at the fullest...important especially at Canal + etc
two tank, little bird...definitely for those expert vehicle users.

2. mix Veteran VS mix newbie
3. special squad VS special squad (u guys normally play on your own squad is it, so lets call it special squad)

or you can do it this way...

put the new guys on 2 group fighting each other...
so 3 squads for each team...which consists of a leader...
the leader will just senyap2 and see how they manage themselves
see how they organized themselves as a team.....tactically
just like in clan wars....some of em might not been there before
so its a gud exposure for em...

and to all new guys....clan war is not exclusive
everybody can join in...
we don't discriminate any members....
so this is a gud chance for all of you...
