1. After the China wife was remanded, police started their investigation - Malaysian CSI.

Why China wife was the suspect in the first place, because when the incident happened and she ran out from the window to the neighbor's house to ask for help, the neighbourhood cctv captured the scene whereby the neighbors ran to the front and back of the house within 6 - 7 seconds but yet no one was seen coming out. Hence the chinagirl was the immediate suspect as she was also the only one found untouched. If all parties in the house were killed and what more she is the second wife, human instinct straight-away pointed at her for having the ulterior motive (Speculation starts - she's a chinagirl lah, whatelse lah but all for the money by killing everyone lah; she hired killers to do the "job" lah)

3. Then during the evidence or crime scene re-construction session, the police managed to find traces of blood in the ceiling and slowly they found their way to the next door neighbor's house where they suspected the 48 years old male neighbor. He was remanded for questioning. (Again a lot of speculation - he paikia lah, have affair with the chinagirl lah, then the victim's anak saw them together lah, then the male victim gaduh with the 48 year old married man lah, then murder...)

4. After DNA test, interrogation and searching the neighbor's house, the poor 48 year old guy was proven not the one....

5. Then yesterday night, the police knocked on the door of another neighbor's house. A woman whose husband is currently working in Papua New Guinea, confessed upon interrogation at the house that her son was involved. She has assisted the son to pack the bloodstained clothes and the items were dumped at Kemuyang Sanitary Landfil. Then at midnight, police managed to capture the 17 year old boy in the town. He admitted that he killed the family. This morning, the police brought the boy back to his own house and there he led them to his home kitchen where they found the bloody sledgehammer with traces of human hair. The boy claimed that he was merely trying to steal from the neighbor and he had climbed through the hole in the ceiling that has no partition in the double-storey terraced units. However when he was in Ling's kitchen, the 76 year old grandmother stumbled upon him...and you know what happened next lor. There was an apparent struggle as the 36 year old Ling ans his mother both had slashed wound at the neck and hands.

By the way, the grandmoher was visiting the family only as she does not actually stay with them.

My gut-feeling says that - He killed the grandmother 1st. During struggling and amidst all her shouts, Ling came down to the rescue and he was 2nd. That's why both their bodies were found in the kitchen with slash marks and struggling evidence on the neck, body and hand injuries. Amy who was sleeping in the same room as the grandmother on the ground floor heard the commotion and she was 3rd. David and Kelvin who sleeps upstairs were 4th and 5th respectively. While attempting to kill Kelvin, the murderer must have heard some noises coming from the master bedroom and so he banged the door. That's where Li Xiao Lan fled from the window to the neighbor's house. Then after that the 17 year old boy climbed back through the ceiling to escape and go back to his own house.
