i don't see any problem......
to prevent gastritis avoid spicy stuff and have regular meals.....perhaps an antibiotic regime to eradicate H. pyloris to prevent gastroesophageal reflux have small meals....and avoid meals close to bed time..... couple up the 2 points above, have frequent and small portion meals and there's plenty of sources of protein, what's the problem with lactose intolerance? meat, eggs, beans..... also check out the stickies. |
