I using Arc S also.....viewing those video in HD mode....still feel like 240p....

Last time i using SE X10 view video example: Oricon top 30 weekly....on SE X10 ..once turn on HD...it feel like 720P...now this Arc S even turn on HD ...it look like 240P only......totally can't accept

anyone having wifi trouble with ICS 4.0.4?

can someone try to recreate this problem. I'm always having this on my arc.

Turn on wifi - connect to wifi.
turn on data
turn off wifi.
wait for data to connect.
turn on wifi.
turn off data.
wait for wifi to reconect

go browse something or download something in market.
wifi lags like mad.

PS. anyone has malaysia firmware GB .42 ftf?

Free ? I just went to sony service center in Amcorp mall to reinstall back to 2.3.4 version, and they say since i over warranty need charge me rm60.00 lo...

And i ask them y i install ics 4.0 which provide at pc companion got problem issue, seem like no stable like Google Play can't download la, browser sometime work sometime can not work, LINE got problem, can't send out. Email cant auto refresh even i set 5 min per-time checking. bla..bla...

Then they say malaysia haven't got ICS for arc yet...lolz..then how come when i plug in at pc companion got show me u have new update ?

So no choice have to reverse back 2.3.4...now those problem which i mention already solve it.

So is that malaysia havent get the new ics for arc yet ?

if you choose update. no, data and program wont be deleted.

if you choose clean install - yes. programs and data on phone memory deleted. on sd card will be ok.

Yeah. I've got all that acc plus HDMI cable.

my AP set dont have waranty card,free gift...only got free clear screen protector

I think these kinds of issue can send back to manufacturer for warranty since their finishing has no quality. Mine is ARC S white... still so nice except the top part crack due to manufacturing fault I guess.

Crack can warrant, chrome can't.
I emailed them before.

1 year and the half and its still looks like new.. except for the top crack

That's quite unfair LOL.Anyway,Arc S resale value got 7xx meh??
That's weird when the salesman told me he would deduct 400 only if i want to trade in for other phones.
I smell fishy and cancelled the offer right away.
