m arc s still in brilliant condition.. nothing crack, nothing hairline, 1 month 21 day user. but.... already root, flash, make my own themes, explore everything. hahaha...

got crack summore they want to sell ..haihzz...defect they shud take back..summore wan blame customer..

Joining the Arc S bandawagon.. but looking at few of our dear forumer having the crack problem.. dont seem to look good. haha

Symptoms wil shown above 5-6 month, no matter how much care u treat ur phone. U r very lucky if ur phone doesnt hv any crack after a year.

Wow, serious? in 5 - 6 months sure crack ah? now i am worried.

I bought mine las august, everyday i constantly check whether ther r crack or not especially at the sensor, just recently, i can c it already, very hard to notice, but its there..

bro in this case can find get the casing replacement? I know SE has alot of casing replcement in the market. haha.

yes im very sure after 5-6 mths will see the crack..i bought that time no crack,6 mths later, the crack damm obvious..i dunno how it came out as well..

i was hoping the crack issue would have been solved by now...

was thinking of buying the ARC S for my wife....but shes not exactly "gentle" with her phones....shes gets pretty clumsy with them..which is why i bought her the moto defy last time but got stolen

gotta think of possible alternatives now... wish the damn Xperia S would just come out already so i can know the price.

That is why i was hopin sony wil reveal xperia p a.k.a sony nyphon. It is a dual core phone n also very arc design alike. And ofcoz if only the pic of it is tru tho. Also if it is real, i hope this tym sony wil use a much better quality plastic/materials for it. I be damm if the crack issue came out again in their future phone.

Mine also got crack after 6mths but I don't think it is a big problem because you hardly notice it.

in my case, notice or not is one thing...but once it cracks, itll get worse over time... and knowing how my wife is with her phones, the "over time" part will be sooner than most

but...this phone is still top contender in my list... for now.

I still haven't heard the crack problem gotten any worst but I agree that buying a product which will have problem is hard to accept.

Btw the lock/power button is quite hard to press since you'll need some mental focus to do it.
