ramsey, the guy who took a shawcross to the leg, would be a suitable motm . he was at his best today. henry reminds me of Altair in AC:R esp with his beard hahaha

now that you've mentioned it, bendtner used to place balls like that too when he actually gets his head out his backside. chamakh have been useless, iuno what happened to him. now we have henry and jooyoung lining up behind rvp. i still dont think henry has the passing abilities, but finishing wise he's still the king.

damn now we have two finishing kings in rvp and henry.

i hope rvp doesnt rage at le boss afterwards... that would be a big moral downer. i still thought that was a good game, until AOC came off. after that it looked like the usual clueless arsenal. bad crosses, continuous tinkering in front of the opponent penalty box... gervinho and AOC would be a great flank pairing

if we dont stay in the CL for next season, i wont be pissed at rvp if he wishes to leave. he's class, he's 29, but what does he have in his trophy cabinet? lost the final against Cesc's Spain, i bet that still haunts him. i would want him to stay with us ideally, he's shown fantastic loyalty to us. but if barca comes in, and he wants to go... i wont hold it against him.

haha... nahhh. even the commentators knew it was AOC coming off prior to his assist. but at least i thought after the goal wenger would change to walcott

QUOTE(aladdin @ Jan 22 2012, 12:16 PM)
nah. RVP scored at 70min. AOC sub out at 73min. it was 3min gap there. IF AOC was meant to be sub, it will happened straight after RVP scored

now that is true, too... man fck those officials!

he shouldve subbed no one for ox. he's a livewire on the pitch today. while arshavin was more like a ground, killing off any moves we had with heskey-like passing, if heskey was a midfield. i am roasting heskey for fun, yes.

AOC and Gervinho for flanks for the rest of the season.

Chill lar bro, I used to have the heart beating fast when I watched crucial match for the Gunners but now it seems that I am used to it. Sigh sad.gif

sad story, true story. i didnt even tune in until the 50th minute and we were already behind. and i was like meh.

not to say i'm like rosicky-lever-of-not-giving-a-f, but yes i am used to the sight of Arsenal being behind. and that's a sad story.

sad story aside, i still think it's a good game. the goal was a combination of the best players Arsenal had on the pitch that time. great tackle by koscielny, played it to rosicky, rosicky connecting the pass to AOC, AOC running at defenders and passing it to RVP, and a sublime finish.

pity RVP didnt finish the earlier chance, if not the game wouldve been different.

Gary Neville on Arshavin: "You don't like to criticise players, but he looks the most disinterested player in the league to me"
Gary Neville: "If the captain is reacting like that (to AOC's substitution) then you've got problems."
gary neville to arshavin: "go back to russia"
Gary Neville "He doesn't even like London, the UK AND he thinks our women are ugly!"

hahaha... now that's a good point made by bro sakaito. what if AOC got injured and we had to live with arshavin until gerv comes back?

that's quite as bad as having koscielny injured and having squillaci at the back. Do Not Want.

i have a better suggestion... dip into the market, offload arshavin (if anyone wants to buy him, i heard zenit's interested) and get a flanker.

but knowing arsenal, we almost never get the transfer activity we want. smile.gif

the king's fitness might not allow him to do so. i'd welcome it if he does, yeah.

wow an idea just flashed into my head. if King and AOC both cant play 90 mins, why not play one then sub him for the other one?
