Knowing Wenger or the way Arsenal FC run, the club like to hold to his hot prospect (or in Arshavin case, used to) player until the last moment, unless there are serious money involved. In Arshavin case, i think he can be related to sunk-cost fallacy. Beside, Arsene Wenger always nice to his player. Just ask his ex-player.
