This very spot, date and moment is very special to me. 5 years ago I met my first love at this very spot on the very same day. We were torn apart as long distance relationship did not bode well for both of us. Year after year, changes upon changes in my life, resolutions fulfilled and I could not fill that gap that left me.

Two years ago I decided to head back to this very same spot, on the very same day and met my boyfriend again! Coincidentally he was there to watch the fireworks at the very same spot. We did not plan, neither did we tell each other we were planning to go.

Today, I am here alone. He passed away last year from cancer. I'm hoping this would be a start of a new life for me. I will always hold this spot close and dear to my heart, and I hope to share this with you.
