please advice. i am currently bulking and my height is at 5 ft 4. weight is 62kg, so, bmi is 23.51. based on the charts, i am still in the normal weight zone but going to be overweight if i reach 25. my question is, should i ignore the bmi readings (as i am not satisfied with my bulking progress yet) or i do i need to watch my weight now? thanks in advance.

When it comes to bodybuilding/fitness training, BMI sort loses it's worth. Bodyfat percentage is what you want to be keeping track of.

Best way to know ur bodyfat % is to go to a lab test @ ur nearest medical lab eg Pathlab..

Thats kinda expensive. Normally you could get it free when you buy your supplements online in bulk or during promotion.
