please advice.

i am currently bulking and my height is at 5 ft 4. weight is 62kg, so, bmi is 23.51. based on the charts, i am still in the normal weight zone but going to be overweight if i reach 25. my question is, should i ignore the bmi readings (as i am not satisfied with my bulking progress yet) or i do i need to watch my weight now?

thanks in advance.

When it comes to bodybuilding/fitness training, BMI sort loses it's worth. Bodyfat percentage is what you want to be keeping track of.

Thats kinda expensive. Normally you could get it free when you buy your supplements online in bulk or during promotion.
