Hi, do you know how much does sparta MT charge for personal training? Do i pay in one shot too like muayfit? Currently i'm taking self defense PT in muayfit, agree that muayfit MT is just for basic and fitness, if want to learn advance MT i still think sparta MT would be a better option.another branch is at IOI Boulevard Puchong
