Thanks, appreciate it. I'm reducing on my calorie intake now. Used to have one chicken leg and 3 chicken fillet for lunch, now having one chicken leg only. Maybe that was why my body weight maintained. I only discovered it recently. Umm, i did a scan at CF 1U, it says here 24.6%. I have low metabolism which sucks. SMM (kg) 33.1% Body Fat Mass (kg) 19.3% I still have a long way to go man! Hahaha

Thanks man! All the best! Ahaha. A friend of mine, he used to be tall and skinny. He buffed up, he took approx 1 year? Gym 4-5 days per week

Well, my usual WEEKDAY diet is....
WAIT I REPEAT, WEEKDAYS ONLY.

Before i entered college

Breakfast :- EITHER One cup of Raw Rolled Oats and Low Fat Milk OR 3 Eggs fried with olive oil and a cup of low fat milk

Lunch :- One whole chicken leg, vegetables ( either one brocolli or 3 pak-choys ) sometimes add mushrooms/potatoes but not all the time x)

Post-workout :- Protein shake, Gaspari Nutrition Probiotic Series two scoops

Dinner :- Catering food ( Small portion, average 2 small chicken drumsticks, 1 cup of vegetables and finger foods like tofu and stuff ) catering very random, sorry

Before bed :- One scoop protein shake ( 3 days per week due to financial problems )

When i entered college

Breakfast :- EITHER One cup of Raw Rolled Oats and Low Fat Milk OR 3 Eggs fried with olive oil and a cup of low fat milk. Sometimes i mix eggs n' tuna ( taste horrible after some time, so yeah. You'll get sick of it easilly )

Lunch :- Normal lunch. Like y'know, those food court meals. Mamak. If i'm feeling guilty, i'll get the sub of the day from Subway. Vegetables All, ummmm, salt, pepper, olive oil and honey mustard smile.gif

I workout 5-6 times per week

Weekends? Hohohohoho.. BURGER BAKAR, OUTSIDE FOOD, BEEF STEAKS. YUM YUM YUM thumbup.gif
