15 y.o 180CM!? Darn good genetics sad.gif wish i was a little bit taller. I think i'm in the same boat as you, skinny fat, scare to lose muscle if cut, bulk scare to gain fat etc
For you i think it's better clean bulk first, looks better adding 5 pounds of muscle rather than dropping 15 pounds of fat imo smile.gif

Guys, i'm kinda stuck here, last time when i was super skinny i eat alot till i'm skinny fat, know very little knowledge whatsoever, i started working out with 3 days routine on December 20th if i remember correctly, its been 4 months working out my results are so so only because i think my diet is fukked up, i'm not sure to bulk up or cut first ._. so during this 4 months i pretty much try to clean bulk first. If my goal now is cut till have abs then slowly clean bulk do i look good?or should i bulk more Pictures below 58kg 170cm. Routine 2 days *sometimes 3 days workout at the gym skip usually leg due to i semi compete in taekwando.

Thanks, so i clean bulk with calorie surplus +200 while don't eat any junk food etc?
