I just went to the site n see. Construction seems like very slow moving. Scholar tower building seems like spilt into 2 part. Half of it seems got some progress another half barely higher than the ground. With the among % claimed really worry me. Chat with the contractor there refuse to comment anything.

Yes i was also confuse at the beginning but after calling up and email them i understand now.

I even went there to look at the site yes is a bit slow but its moving and not worry guys i think this case wont abandon lor...

i emailed them asking about the late interest payment to PBB but they replied me with statement of payment as proof, looks like they are really good paymaster. no wonder bank never blaclist them only buyers like us that complaint.

I pass by EC sunday halo look amazing !!! and they have plant new trees too at the front replacing those dead ones.

Oic u also bought into EC?

Looking at the slow progress. Developer need to hand over vacant possession 42months from the building approval date which was Aug 2013. If handover is early 2017 meaning developer left with roughly 1.5 to 2 years to complete. Can they manage?

Looking at the current progress looks like 2017 seems a bit too tight. This project suppose to handover next year which is unlikely only if they do it 24/7.

Yes. From dergahayu.
I need to pay 5% down payment n 6% gst. Total rebate in fact is 12% rebate but can only deduct 10% first then bal 2% give upon handover.

I went to dergahayu office which is next to ER scholar in regalia business Park.

Hi Margaret, I don't think there is any group chat. We can keep in touch in this forum though. There are a few TKs who are active in this forum eg cutealex, natman, cafe21 etc etc.
