I *think* the number that you assign to the debit card TAC at the ATM is what they use for MSOS. I didn't have to do anything special to make MSOS show up. But MSOS doesn't work for me anyway due to my 11-digit mobile number...

Maybank already discontinue MSOS replace by OTP
You will received a sms with password inside while you do the online shopping.
Update your handphone number at Maybank branch.

I believe they still call it MSOS but enhanced it with OTP instead of pre-defined user PIN.

Hi, I had the same problem as you too. I could not locate the MSOS (Maybank Secure Online Shopping) thingy via maybank2u.

So I called up the bank via their Maybank Group Customer Care at 1300 88 6688 or +603 7844 3696.

They registered my mobile number and said that I am good to go but I have to first increase my debit card purchase limit via Maybank2u.

You'll need to call the 1300 number behind your card if you want to activate it for online purchase.
