Im having problem playing TF2. Superbly high ping. Weird. Other games just ok.

im using UNIFI 5 shared with others. Download, utube n others got no problem n BF3 also ok. Just TF2 got problem. I browse da TF2 server all latency are low but went i got in the game it was like 300>500 ping n got kick. Argh!!!
