that means we have to find out where each game's savegame/profile/settings are stored..

some are in steam folder.. some are in users folder some are in my games some are in my documents some are in appdata...

should be no problem..

better to install to a single hdd.. and junction to raid array for those games that have shitty loading time..

since not all games need raid0.. or you can get yourself a SSD smile.gif


is it me or the daily deal discount amount seem "lesser" compared to daily deals of last yer ?

why don't just use junctions ? how u gonna "add" on top of your 2tb ?

the easiest is use windows dsk mgmt and JBOD it/extend volume or so its called in windows disk mgmt..

no need to loose data/reformat.. u still need to do the initial format to put the FS into NTFS and change to dynamic disk

before you extend volume

keep 1:1 back up is raid 1 aka mirror... but you will loose 1/2 the storage space la..

but since you mentioned you lack of storage space i failed to see the purpose of raid 1 aka mirror

fyi raid 0 = stripping = no redundancy 1/2 data is stored on 1 disk the other 1/2 on another disk ..get read/write improvement without redundancy
