From the article a quoted that "Not only are 99% of bodybuilders taking steriods, even a large percentage of fitness models (men and women) who promote supplements take steriods, or HGH (human growth hormone)" Is this true!? I thought in the community of bodybuilding they highly reject steroid.

dont compare asians with westerners. totally different standards there. i normally surf tnation and the poundages they lift are insane. their average weight for my height (176cm) is also about 10-15kg more than my current weight.

[attachmentid=2614938] Can achieve quite a lot. But not not as much as you think you can but enough for people to assume that you think that they think you're on drugs but it's actually not the case.
