Just read an interesting article regarding maximum lean mass can we achieve naturally:) wanna share with you all


For myself, 5'11 Height with maximum lean body mass of 166lbs...haha...now i wonder how those people who can achieve over 200lbs bodyweight, either drugs or most fat. smile.gif

nice article. but i hope im not in the average guy category
im 5'3" i think. a normal 5'3" guy with 10% bodyfat can only achieve 63kg ... sweat.gif

Is this true!? I thought in the community of bodybuilding they highly reject steroid.

yo we are in the same catagory, i'm almost 5'4, we manlet category, when i told people i am 60kg, they say i am soooooo skinny, and they ask me whether i got money to eat or not or did i even lift, ITS SO INSULTING, in fact they should take our height into consider zzz

yea, i think so too, but when i went to a famous western body building forum(not convenicene to mention name here), they say i need to be at least 150lbs?? lol

if i were to be 150pounds i will really looks square, lol

dont compare asians with westerners. totally different standards there. i normally surf tnation and the poundages they lift are insane. their average weight for my height (176cm) is also about 10-15kg more than my current weight.

Can achieve quite a lot. But not not as much as you think you can but enough for people to assume that you think that they think you're on drugs but it's actually not the case.
