last time i tried to submit in person when my pay <2.5k, the LHDN clerk chase me away coz they claim i am creating extra work for them when i obviously don need to pay taxes

good luck to ur fren.. i hope he has a paper trail to explain all the money n assets in hand now... if not when kena audit.. LHDN will really "wash" him clean clean
