kangaroo express sending parcel

i just brought something and they sent using kangaroo express...
but the time they knock my door i wasnt around... so the probblem is ... are we need to grab own parcel from kangaroo express or they will deliver the staff to the door? i just called them and they said call me back.... anyone with this situation before? |

there two option, get from the center... and the other call the service center and request of redelivery, which they will do so next day...
