i just brought something and they sent using kangaroo express...
but the time they knock my door i wasnt around...
so the probblem is ...
are we need to grab own parcel from kangaroo express or they will deliver the staff to the door?
i just called them and they said call me back....
anyone with this situation before?

there two option, get from the center... and the other call the service center and request of redelivery, which they will do so next day...

Call the number on the card they left at your house!
And request them to deliver one more time, it is FOC!
Call to their head quarter to request if they keep refuse to communicate with you!

Yeah, i dont often use these courier services!
Last time i used GDex also, 100g things charge me RM7.90
They told me even a shirt's button counted as a parcel! rclxub.gif
really suxks lar~

in fact it will SAVE most of your time "waiting" for them to deliver...
unless you doesn't have anything to do and you stay inside your house 24/7 tongue.gif
