Found some of these acoustic dampeners in my junk speaker, thought of making good use of these

lay them down correctly so I can roll it up

looks messy but it's okay

stuff them in and it fits snugly
While doing this does improve the bass response and tightens everything up, I am risking my subwoofer to death by a few minor factors like:
-Causing the woofer driver to struggle because it can't move as freely as it should be.
-May overheat the amp as there is less airflow
-May cause the voicecoil to unwind itself because it can't move freely (the voicecoil might try to break free by escaping from the glue and start rattling by itself)
Anyways, I have not fully tested it yet but I can say the bass volume has reduced and sounds much faster without sounding muddy due to midbass
Port noise has been incredibly reduced as well
my objective:
If I can't get it to sound deep like the logitechs, I try to get them to work together like a family
seriously, this subwoofer doesn't want to cooperate with the satellites...
Also, given my experience in subwoofer/audio/car speakers, stuffing your port not only steers you away further from your intended objectives, it will also almost definitely cause the problems you have mentioned yourself. so my personal advise is to remove the stuffing
=edit=
bolding the bottom important part too
