My opinion Zeva - near to Jusco. bigger units...soon to be commercial units next to it (according to SA) 3E - shopping malls and nearer to Giant. smaller units with no balcony. If flip ok but if rent out....cannot make positive income unless can get tenant to pay more than rm1500 pm....(2 room unit 700sq@rm 450 psf + maintenance 20cents psf).
Any advice or my calculation not correct? |
