the unit is so small...wonder who will turn it to be an office or to stay...and the actual unit is being partitioned which left a minimal space to put the office desk...

It's a 10ft ceiling unit..how to duplex? Why not buy an actual office rather to buy 2 unit and convert..

QUOTE(awh85 @ May 9 2012, 10:47 PM) if that was not the case, im sorry.. but that is what i felt seeing ur posts. ur ownself buy soho also buy come to this thread say to small.. unless ur soho is not the lower 500-600+ sq ft. version la. Just an opinion only...not negative..I go to elements with hope to buy but was sad that is single floor with 10ft ceiling..if its a duplex in elements then its a different story...had anyone wondered how come the brochure is printed with type D?..it can be up to 700-800sf if extend the mezzanine...another thing is elements is leasehold...

QUOTE(awh85 @ May 9 2012, 10:57 PM) initial plan was for 18th floor and below to be single while 19 and above duplex but based on the interest and feedback of customers, they changed their plan and now only the top floor will be duplex. It's ok..no worries, will not be in here in the future..good luck!
