the unit is so small...wonder who will turn it to be an office or to stay...and the actual unit is being partitioned which left a minimal space to put the office desk...

It's a 10ft ceiling unit..how to duplex? Why not buy an actual office rather to buy 2 unit and convert..

supposingly they have many duplex unit....but now it is only limited to the penthouse...if u look at their brochures...type D

Just an opinion only...not negative..I go to elements with hope to buy but was sad that is single floor with 10ft ceiling..if its a duplex in elements then its a different story...had anyone wondered how come the brochure is printed with type D?..it can be up to 700-800sf if extend the mezzanine...another thing is elements is leasehold...
