Can anyone advise/ Who will be the tenant if we rent out the 3 Element 600sq ft apartment cum office?

Went there onthe weekend. All the office cum be apartment sold out. They are launching the Service Apartment. Development will be completed in 4 years. Near Giant supermarket. Any comment on this investment.
