I like this property just because of the Pasar Borong just besides the Property. Very convenience!

Heard from Allia*ce their loan is term loan?? so according to banker in ccris will not be reflected as a home loan but a non-housing loan... so say this is your 2nd home loan, you can still after this buy another property under 90% MOF only cannot apply under them as their internal record only will show as home loan so must apply under other banks only.  However rates and tenure etc all exactly the same

Anyone can confirm if this can be done?  Dont want to do this and then when want to buy another house get stuck

Hi Ruben, can you please PM me the Maybank person in charge too? Today i asked the SA about the Alliance Bank Banker contact, but they told me that the Alliance faced some issue, and temporally out from the panel bank first. Anyone had already Alliance Bank loan Approval?

Got it, Thanks a lot.

One things i do not understand for Maybank why they will consider your credit card limit in the commitment although you do not have any outstanding.
Example : One card credit limit is RM5,000; and let's say if you have 2 cards, mean your total credit limit is RM10,000. and you will given 10% of your total credit limit as your commitment (RM1,000 in this case). which make me breach my 70% commitment for MAYBANK cry.gif

Not. MayBank girl told me will be 10% from the total credit card limit. hence, although I settle my bill every month without outstanding, but I still will have RM1,000 in my commitment if I hold 2 credit cards.

Hi..sorry for mistake, i just called the MayBank again, and she figured out her mistake on math which 1% for RM10,000 for RM1,000. which actually the correct amount is RM100 only.

Hi, Be informed that some of the Block A units have been open back for sales since some of the buyers loan kena rejected.

and the price will still same as previously before Rm8,000 increase in Block B. Heard from SA, the price will only increase after 31th May.

Today i went there and saw few units only which is A-20-20, A-20-21, A-10-something, and one more is A-22-12. but all just around the lift, do not like the lift sound... and if not mistaken, the A-20-20 531sqf is about RM277k like that

Right now, Block B only open the floor 10-18 for sales. floor 18 fully reserved edi. and I fell sales is slowing down since people want to make the price compared between Zeva which will open next weekends, election soon, and also about economics problem recently bah.

Hi Chong, may I know that you actually know the location for both zeva & 3 elements? Since the project name you also can spell wrong, I really suspect on it. 3 elements is the project behind petronas station, so it just besides Pasar borong. Then the zeva is opposite jusco which far away from Pasar borong.
