The CC issue is 5% on the total amount you owe, include instalment that you signed up with the bank. I just try to apply and obtain the information cause i am calculative a bit.
Example
you signed up a balance transfer with a bank and convert for 24 months instalment. eg RM1000 for 24 months = RM24k
The banker will use all the RM24k x 5% when they calculate your eligibility and not RM1000 x 5%. Not logic right? Hopefully they will review and change accordingly. You all can try UOB cause i manage to get it thru UOB and fail in MBB, Muamalat and HSBC.
