How is the sales so far? Seems like the SOFO units still have more than 50% unsold. From the way those "sold units" are stickered, it gives an impression that they are blocked out rather than sold out.
Changing from CBD to a new agency also gives impression that the sales had not been too good.
But for a downpayment of RM3k to own a unit there, it is really tempting.

Sorry, not meant to say they are changing CBD as I have the impression that CBD was the "old one" as during my visit last week, only PA served me. Kind of strange to have 2 agency selling the same property.
