1. Yet to confirm which Cinema. Sales Person told me could be MBO or GSC.
2. No official price but in range 300k-400k+.
3. Those who give them RM5k check as booking, can choose unit and know the price on July 5th, a couple of days early before public offering.
I dont know if I should go for this unit or wait.

and the most tricky part is sales person said we have to sign snp within 14 days from booking to enjoy those benefit. I did ask how if our loan takes longer time and she said have to sign first. if loan not approved, they will return rm5k booking minus charge about 1k. if we cancel after loan approved (probably due to lower MOF), booking rm5k will burn.1.
