Actually it build walking diatant to both petronas and giant, high visibility as near main road, and close to up and coming atmosphere.. can think think on this project.. Wait for service apartment launching..

The sa didnt mention anything like sheltered walkway to atmostphere.. I was skeptical on this prop before, whether it is justify the price on this location, after the visit to the area.. My perspective had changed, nw i got the idea why my real estate friend told me seri kembangan address getting more valuable nowadays.. Especially equine park side, as it sandwich by cyberjaya and puchong.. Btw, this place definitely safe from flood huh.. hehe:)

But wondering whether is it vestable.. as it has stiff competition from surrounding area, cyberjaya itself has lots of undercon developments.. easily over thoundsands of new unit available within 3 years time.. dear lyn sifu.. any comment on this prop..emotional attach to it.. only thing the build up very small for sofo project that hold me back.. else like location, amenities, facilities, concepts.. pretty attractive

Sometimes i have the same concern as you.. Since years back, to name some, koi kinrara, zen residence, kiara residence are offering the similiar scheme..But bear in mind, higher risk equal to higher return.. Ive learned some of the lyn taikor can even check the developer background inside out, salute.. feel free to consult the tks to ease your worries.. But im not got charges or not.. hehe:) ie: twincharger bro, chrischew bro:)

If die die choose one between this 2 prop.. Ill go for flexis, although the package not come with dibs, but the location, concept, potential, somemore is Hua Yang flagship project, cannot be wrong:)I grab 1 unit of their gardenz service residence, facing mines lake n turf club.. Hopefully will increase to 480psf when vp.. then chia beh liao:)Btw, one south dont have cinema, but 3 elements has it.. Definitely this mix dev gt its winning edge de.. myduasense

Ive read the same article before, then i purposely pay south city a visit about 2 weeks ago, guess what, the whloe mall is really under maintanance, its even had funny smell inside the mall.. The only way to revive this mall perhaps is completely renovate again.. From top to toes.. Which not gonna happen eaaily.. Better put faith on Atmosphere or worst still.. City of Green.. hehe..
