that day i went there, the SA said actually no need to wait the official launch, can early book dy. smallest unit from 6xx sf, 705 sf 759 sf, and some more biggest is how much?

From what I know 0.25 per sf for service resident suites, while 0.35 per sf for SOHO suites. Seems like ZEVA facilities is more attractive~
