Be aware with the "REFUND" term they promoted,They told once you get reject letter from any bank,u r able to get full refund,this is told by sales agent team. But then when u asked for refund,developer will call u up and tell,u need to get reject letter from all the 3 panel banks then only consider u meet the criteria of rejection but as far as my understanding which being told by SA,U*B bank will never issue reject letter anyhow...so they guarentee eat up ur Rm1000 kao kao...
