guys,

did anyone of u received an email about the final launch of 3e? i thought oni 1 block/1 launching only? or is it the flip game played by the agent and the buyer to ask ppl buy subsale unit?

could it be as long the buyer not yet sign the SPA, they are eligble to sell it? If the agents holding back some units, perhaps those SA play sticky game ah? the board in the show room show nearly all stick liao wo

Lim Kok Wing is kinda far away from this, instead you have o2 city and other high rises which is nearer to LKW....
the best selling point of this is low density + cinema... other than that, it's just gimmick ....

but either way, i am buying this for my own stay.... so, i think not a problem for me...
if the appreciation is good, then sell out and buy a landed property... hehehe

yea..some ppl do like u did.... but if u opt dun take insurance from ur agent, are they ok with it? most of the suck up agent will bundle it in a package to u and give excuses like if u dun take the insurance, we cannot offer so high for u la..we cannot offer loan to u la...this la that la bla bla bla

yea...i kinda regret take the insurance from the fuxx up agent from ocbc..b4 close my deal, got call la, this la..good follow up..after sign, shadow also dont see... sighh

yes, i also experienced that b4... i knw they wan do more sales la but also shouldnt be like that..but its also true that some bank force us legally to take up their insurance...

eh..my bad..i meant the banker agent...not the property agent..in fact i would like to thank the property agent...becoz they really take time to explain everything to my question until i was convinced to pay the booking... i think we discuss about 2-3 hours b4 i decided to pay for the booking fees..

i went to many many launching b4..some of them..or rather most of them, the eyes of the property agent grow on their forehead.. din layan me at all..or very lousy service.. or mayb just cakap cakap abit then no f u liao...
