Does anyone know why I couldn't found any information about type e 1018sqft service apartment in nouvo@3 elements? anyone can explain the advantage and disadvantage of this unit for me? tqvm!!

How many of you guys bought for own living? Or is it mainly more for investments? I'm looking to get a Serviced Apartment unit there as well... but its only 750sqft.
