mushi mushi..to all service apartment buyer out there.. u guys encounter any problem like this?

1. Signed spa (lawyer)
2. Signed letter offer(bank) - approved loan

Supposingly after sign spa, i will get back 1 copy of stamped documentation of spa and etcc right? after wait for 3 months i still not yet get the copy of stamped spa. so i call lawyer. they say duno wait what what from the bank side. but the lawyer side confirm with me everything is ok. just wait document from bank. and they ask me wait for another 4-5 months which they told me its normal 

then just now i call to the bank side. they say my letter offer approved... duno wait what what document from the lawyer side. i was like    they also confirm with me everything is ok, normal. wait the lawyer to send them some document. 

so both side is pointing fingers at each other.. any brother or sifu here can advise? or any 1 of u had taken ur copy of the stamped SPA ?

wait la... i signed my snp on September 2012.... until now also didn't get my stamped version....

but that day(jan 2013) a malay lady(lawyer side) called me to collect snp.... i told her wait till my loan document done first, then only i collect both from her...

they haven't released the second 10% then no need worry la..

if they release second 10% and you haven't received loan document, then only urge them..

but why le if release second 10% and havent recieved loan document only urge them?

first 10% you pay to developer directly, bank is not in the picture... so bank can take their own sweet time to do the FA lo... in this phase, normally is you urge developer lawyer to prepare the snp one....

second 10%, developer need money from bank, bank need to charge interest and payment from you... all of these must be done with all the document stamped...
that's why at this point, can phone and scold them gao gao lo...

Got 770sf unit? i donno ge... i thought all standard within 659sf, 705sf, 752sf, & 901sf... i was told only left these...

passby 3element today..notice no more show unit. anyone knows where they pindah?
