if for me, i would adjust it when the switch at 3 which is middle i think..haven got the switch yet....

if u adjust at 0, then u only can go higher, but not lower....so when put at 3, u can go high and low...but the norm to high and norm to low gap is smaller la..

not susre..so 0 is high and 5 is low?
