Cause 2nd hand dealer will not settle/xfer name until they find another buyer for your car. If 6 months no buyer 6 months still same issue. You have to make sure they PAY INSTALLMENT every month for u.

They wont settle for u until another buyer ocmes along lah... they are nto so cash rich to settle for every single car in their yard lor.... u just have to make sure they pay monthly installment for u, and pray nothing happen to the car.. or else abit mar-fan

No sau mei.. cause if everything goes perfectly.. they will find a buyer.. then they will xfer the car to the new buyer and pay off the bank. (u signed an empty ownership xfer form right?)

Problem comes if they go bankrupt, or they dont pay your installment. Just check with the bank every month if your installment is being paid.

hi bro, for my incident i sold my waja, my SA find the 2nd car dealer for me, and once the 2nd hand car dealer see my car condition, straight open cek for me, and just chop the transfer car to him, photo copy ic, tumb print, that's it... ask ur SA to settle it this way.. as less troublesome.. dont get con up with their so call explanation. can be done this way. more safety for you.. if the car on their hand got smth happen.. then cant sell out.. u lagi Hai LAT!
