Just collected my car from the SC. This is what they did.

1. They did another full reboot/checking/reset of the whole airbag system and took it for a test drive and the error did not appear anymore.
2. They cause a long and deep scratch on the steering at the silver panel where the cruise control button is. They pointed that to me and apologize for it and they ordered a replacement part for that and will replace it for free once the part arrive next week.
3. No time to check the brakes as the technician spend whole day to just test the airbag.

They reported my issue to HQ and if should the error appear again they will see what HQ next move is on this problem. Personally, I just hope that the error don't appear anymore or else I'm seriously going to demand for a compensation from Proton for the time and effort I've wasted on a brand new car.

At least they are honest to point out and admit the mistake, & replacing the part for him, brownie points given lo..

At least proton is a licensed pirate unlike the other pirate you know who...

But this time they admitted and order replacement FOC for him..... at least this is something good...

NZH putih putih go COE, din get parts AND kena stealth scratch.... and have to live with it....

Who interested in GB flip key pls list their names If can get 10 ppl then can hv GB price but need bank in deposit ler.. later like grill GB where aaron got grilled....

Well shit happens and since they already ordered the part and replace it for free I have no issue with that. I can get it replace during my next 1000km service. All I hope now is the airbag error is really gone for good. I will further evaluate the brakes to see is it really something wrong with it. They say they will check that for me again when I send the car in to replace the scratched part.

hi bro, at least some good news, they putting effort to fix it +1 for them. and taking the initiative to admit the mistake and make a replacement for you.. well this is all we all hope for when servicing our car.. good to hear that .. enjoy the ride !!
