I dun think USD23990 is the exact cost price of the vehicle... The cost of it maybe like 10-20% cheaper becoz of the profit for the reseller there.

As for malysia just imagine using tat cheaper coat price (usually import tax stuff is based on the sum up on cost price + freight + insurance + port charges)

So the exact price of the vehicle is cheaper than what u guys think off
