Just bring them, in case they ask. No harm.

Only need marriage cert, but if you didn't bring you can give to them at subsequent visit. I didn't need utilities bill, but they will ask you where you stay when you register. So far they believe what I say although it is a different address on my IC.

I did not register myself with a Klinik Kesihatan and I'm due end of this week. Can I still bring the LO after birth for vaccination and such at Klinik Kesihatan? If yes, what are the procedures?
