was able to play until the update came,went sleep after that and woke up can't login until now ....sobs (always stuck at character choosing screen)

"Malaysia is not on the list of block country or they would get can't connect outside of service area error. We've been told by others that some isp in malaysia are blocking/filtering game ports to control bandwidth. Call you isp and see if they are blocking/filtering game ports and preventing you from playing."
