Get a LG Cinema 3D TV.
Its passive glass costs only S$20 for 2 pairs!, not to mention that usually 4-8 pairs will be given free with each purchase. The quality is good, comparable and in fact sometimes better than some active 3D I own a LG42LW5700 and have no complaints |

So far I can play all 3D blu-ray disc on my LG bluray Region A player and PS3
My collections got Rio, Tangled, Step up 3, SMtown, Ocean wonderland, The Universe, Despicable me, Lion King, and some other animations. All purchased from Aamzon, except SMtown. Lol I'm from a big family of 6, and I take into consideration of my relatives during holidays/festivals. Its like S$10 per pair, so quite affordable and the viewing angle for the TV is quite wide. QUOTE(Exarkun @ Jun 2 2012, 05:53 PM) Hooo boy.. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Marvels-The-Avenge..._bs_383380011_1Gonna go pokai when this comes out! ![]() From engadget: A 10 disc set, it has every movie in this chapter of Marvel flicks -- Avengers, Captain America, Thor, Iron Man 1 & 2, The Incredible Hulk -- with 3D copies where applicable plus collectible packaging and a bonus "The Phase One Archives" disc. The only pic of the casing we have is the promo image shown above which hints at a replica of Nick Fury's Cosmic Cube suitcase from the movie, but more information is promised to be revealed July 15th. http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Marvel-Cinem...-Blu-ray/46675/ Estimated price at amazon after 30% discount is US$150. Will this be a better deal if you are not looking at 3D versions? Cheaper postage too from UK |
