Currently facing a strange situation with my order in Amazon US.

Since Yesterday, I tried many times to cancel my order for Bond 50, unfortunately, all failed due to unknown reason.  I even ask CS to help me to cancel but also failed.    This problem now already pass to technical team to handle.

No long ago, I ask their to ship remaining BDs in that parcel (include The Avengers, etc), their also can't ship separately until the error is corrected.  Based on their respond today, it seem like , the error is due to my order is placed more than 2 months ago.  Strange answer. I even cancelled some orders that I place more than 5 months ago previously without problem.  Suddenly this become issue... 

Now quite surely, my Avengers will arrive quite late...   

Speedy jual jugak Titanic Boxset ni. Bad thing is - this boxset tak kukuh. Dah renyuk boxset cover. Still don't received my UK set. Habis la my Titanic boxset...

If the Speedo one already kemek renyuk.. pray hard your uk boxset not in the same state & worst still when your titanic could tenggelam & karam... sure lencun if postman left it on your gate & raining... unless of course u chose priority shipment...

No need to email them.  Today before I want to write to them on another issue, when I select The Avenger, automatically, their already mentioned, if I ask for refund for price reduced for The Avengers, just wait 1 to 2 business days, their will refund to me.

On the matter I mentioned early, Amazon's technical team also unable to cancel my Bond 50 causing their have to ship all items to me. (Unbelievable  , come on, this is not rocket science lah. Why so difficult?  )

But at least, as expected, their ask me to return Bond 50 once I received it and their will reimburse my expense.  If I incur any import tax, their will also reimburse.

it's my pre-ordered, I pre-oredered it long time ago,...Hmmmm...12/07/12 with $5 coupon but my friend ordered it on 25/09/12, it's shipped on 26/09/12. what happen to Amazon US. Why didn't ship the pre-order ship 1st?

Noob question here. Always when I walk pass those electric store displaying movies on their LCD, it looks so unreal and surprisingly good.

I tried borrowing an external Blu-ray drive and play on my Retina MacBook Pro, it just doesn't Seems like what is display on the stores

Whats the different? Screen size? Player? Software? Media?

Mine copy also already reached Sepang on Yesterday's morning using UPS.  The problem is my town don't have UPS thus their have to ship by a local courrier company.  But up until now, still haven't visit my office.    Don't know got any problem in clearance or not.
