It is hardly to say whether worth watching or not.  If for performance wise, Michael Fassbender really done a excellent job in this movie. 

First of all, this movie is not an incest movie. Don't misjudge this movie. This movie is mainly focus on lead actor, Michael Fassbender, life.  At beginning, he seem like a playboy but later viewer will find out his is actually sexual addictive.

But, at least in this movie, he sexual partners usually are those hookers or one-night stand with some married women.  He is so addictive that he totally can't give up this type of life, although, at some point, he tried to change it but still failed to do so.  He just can't give up and have long term relationship with one woman.  By the way, he longest relationship is 4 months. 

This movie is rated NC-17 in US is quite understandable considered both main lead actor and actress are full naked in their first scene in this movie.  What more to said the theme of this movie.  By the way, Michael Fassbender already shown his bird in very beginning of this movie several times.      So, that definitely NC-17. 

Because he don't believe in marry.  Maybe because affected by his early childhood life which didn't explained clearly in this movie.  His sister also suffered from similar problem. 

By the way, this is also not porn movie since it is not that explicit for those scene. 

  The last scene which he met last woman in this movie is similar to first scene when he mean first woman in this movie.  The director probably want viewers to think he still can't give up his sexual addictive life.

I accidentally become Wizard although I plan to become Barbarian at first.  But because Asian server down, I play at American server and chose Wizard, until now still play Wizard.  My Barbarian now still less than level 10.   

From my experience with the entry level branded BD players, all of them are region locked to Region A for BD and Region 3 for DVD, except for the Sony (very surprisingly) that is region free for DVD. Correct me if I am wrong!
